Frequently Asked Questions
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Whether they have a special diet or eat regular chow, we request that you bring enough of your beloved animal’s food with them to accommodate their entire stay. 
This helps maintain their diet and avoids any potential issues or unease.

We can provide food for your animal at an extra $5.00 charge per day, but we do not recommend altering their diet.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We request you bring a bed, pillow or blanket if booking the standard kennel. Each of our "Doggy Suites" come with a tv, fan, window and twin size bed, perfect for those pets that love to lounge! We also highly recommend whether you stay in a standard kennel or a suite, that you bring something from home. Maybe it's a special mat/bed/blanket they sleep with or even a toy they love to play with, please bring it! This will help them feel more comfortable and connected with you while you are away.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We know it can be stressful to be separated. So we are more than happy to provide pictures or even video to you while you are away, via email or text message. Just request and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
How are we charged for boarding? Day? Hour? Night?
We charge by the day, almost like a hotel.
If you pick up before 9am on your scheduled day of departure, there is no charge for that day. Sorry, but yes 9:01am is a full day charge (we do not do half days).
